Ryan Lafferty is the illegitimate son of William Walker and Connie Lafferty however he grew up believing that he was the son of George Lafferty.

Background

He was under the belief that William abandoned his mother, causing her to become so upset that she took her own life. He met Nora whilst he was a student at college After he met the rest of the family, he began to spend time with his older half-brother Justin's, girlfriend, Rebecca and expressed feelings for her.

Despite deciding he wanted nothing to do with the newly found family, he was willing to be tested when Kitty needed a bone marrow. He even came through for her and donated his bone marrow.
